M-Mall is a 3Basement+Stilt+G+9 Storey Building of 2.80 Lakh SFT in the heart of Vijayawada. Lower floors are used for Commercial whilst upper floors are for Office purposes.
SIE scope includes providing expert advice to produce structural designs to withstand a stable structure to resist Wind and Earthquake loading.
• Shear walls around Lift cores and Stairs together with End walls used to stabilize the Structure for the Lateral Loads.
• High Strength Grade Concrete is used for the Vertical Elements.
• Flat Slab system with perimeter beams are used for the Typical Floor System.
