Scope of work includes Structural Design of Security Grill for both sides of Bridge.
Grill (10mm ound and 35x6mm Flats) fixed to MS Channels which in turn fixed to vertical trusses to acts as stiff elements. These vertical trusses are connected to Post Tensioned Beams of T bridge
Designed for Debris loading of 50% of Blockage of top 0.5m grill from water level.
Since the Steel elements are continuously in splash zone of water, hence marine coating is recommended. Bottom of Grill is provided with Concertina coil.
