S.I.E. Scope includes Structural Designs, Drawings and Construction Advice. Designed for G+3 stories. Floor plans are not typical and include features like Glass Flooring, Terrace Gardening, Amphitheatre etc.,
Site is hard sub-strata and a few places very hard rock encounters at shallow depths. Solutions are provided considering possible differential settlements.
Designs include Band Beams for larger spans and Transfer Columns to suit floor plans.
