Project is located in moderate earthquake zone and coastal area with relatively loose sands. The Structure is designed for Seismic Zone-3 to IS:1893 and Wind Speeds of 50m/sec. Strip/Raft Foundations are adopted to support and safely transfer the superstructure loads to sub-strata. Structure is stabilized by RCC frames. Stilt-floor is supplemented by RCC Shear walls in addition to RC frames to cater for the soft-storey effects resulting from seismic loads.
Club House floor beams has spans of 8.4m and stabilized by RC frames in one direction and Shear walls in other direction
Scope includes Structural Design of
- 3 Blocks of each consisting of 45 Flats; Stilt+5
- Club House Building of 5 Floors consisting of Shopping complex, Multi-purpose Hall, Dining Floor, Gymnasium and Recreation Facility. Floor plan changes for every floor for architectural purpose.
